Swipe tablwt - Faulty itwm not replaced or refunded

I have purchased swipe tablet and after receiving the same I found that both sim slots not working so raised a return request, and tata clique asked customer to contact the service center and get jobsheet,which also I did,and after too many calls with the customer care ,there is no update and after * days I found a message saying return request rejected, there is no reason mentioned.
