I have purchased Koryo ** inch led smart tv from big bazaar at sahara mall . First of all they took * days to install the tv after the installation i tried to run apps in led tv but it was not running than i complained on call support of koryo they sent technician he came and updated the software but issue was still there than he said don't know what will happen to this because he said koryo is not our company we are third party associates again i have to call on support i asked for refund than agent denied for the same i asked her to transfer the call to senior person it was my bad decision Alka floor manager spoke with me she repeated the same thing again and again when i asked email id for complaint to higher authority she hung up on me. I was fed up my wife called on support again she spoke with another agent she said she will send technician again. Technician visited again and he said the same it can not be resolved my wife called again and agent said we will replace. but i needed the refund because now i can not keep it we already suffered alot i do not want to be customer of koryo.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
