Hilaptopzone - Faulty iphone 6s plus delivered

I had ordered a iphone *s plus **gb, Order #****,on ** November **** for Rs ***** by paying an advance of Rs**** through a shopclues link sent to me by Mr Babu. After advance payment on the same day hi laptop calls me and proposes me to buy ** gb *s plus iphone for extra Rs ****. Thereafter on ** November the item was delivered to me and I paid balance amount Rs ***** and got the delivery. After * hours of use I realized that the battery gets drained out very fast and lasting only for * hours and cable provided with iphone was also faulty and not been able to charge the iphone. I got new cable for Rs *** from the market also. Later on I realized that the silent mode switch on the left side of iphone is also not functional. Since then I am contacting them regularly on daily basis wasting my * hours everyday but they are not behaving and gives excuses that they will speak to their senior or when I ask them about Mr Babu they says he's absent today. Please help me and also ensures that some action is taken against them so that they are not able to fool more customers. I am serving in Army.
