This is to convey you that the Amount of Rs *** was pending due to some technical glitch. And charging interest on the complete amount is never going to be justice .
I had to pay ****+ as an interest for just ***rs , this is something nobody would digest .
I had never missed any due dates and always on time payment done by myself.
Since I am a loyal and trustworthy customer to you as you can check my previous records, requesting you to kindly reverse the amount in order to maintain a good relationship further.
Hoping for your positive and optimistic reply in terms of relationship.
