I bought the track n tell tracker for *k in March ****, as the car dealer suggested me, but I find the product & service to be of inferior quality, the tracker stopped working in November **** & their was a new requirement in the App to update KYC which was not there when I purchased it, after multiple attempts the KYC could not be updated on the app & when I logged a complaint with the company regarding non functioning of the tracker I was given a very pathetic answer by the company executive that the device needs to be replaced, he told me that the device stopped working due to low running of my car, which I think is utter non sense, I have used my car ever alternate day, moreover they are demanding Rs. **** to replace the product which stopped working within the warranty period & unduly shifting the blame on me, that I have logged a complaint at a later date. I feel that this company is designing its products to fail in a short period of time which can be called planned obsolescence & they are a perfect case of deficiency in providing service, other similar reviews on Google & in the playstore about this product corroborate what I have to say about this fraud company.
