Google mobile - Faulty google pixel 7 pro recieved broken phone after it was returned from google support

ixel * pro had moisture in lens , google support/service messed up the phone completely
My phone was getting heated up everytime i took videos, when i took it out in cold and used it on a photography trip in a day the lens had moisture .
I requested for a replacement phone and not repair and i was asked to send the phone to B*X and was not explained by google service the process and did not take my consent that the phone would be broken to diagonise.
The phone display and everything else was working perfectly , other than heating issue and moisture in lens was the only problem. I rejected B*X quote and they have shipped back damaged phone which is not in a usable state, display is broken. B*X says it found liquid traces, i never dropped the phone in water , i dont even know the authenticity of the service. Google claims of IP** standards, which should provide water resistance.

I need a send a legal notice since i feel cheated for choosing google pixel , it has no good customer support and cant find an address in India.
