Ruggers and DNMX - Faulty goods delivered

I had ordered two t-shirts from Ajio around a month ago. After the first wash I detected defect in both the products.
One of the tshirt bought from DNMX had a hole in its sleeve. All the instructions for washing the product was followed.
Another bought from Ruggers, the cloth came off its collar and sleeves. I would like to get my products exchanged or my money back at the earliest.
Highly dissatisfied with the kind of product I was given.
