That, on dated **.*. **** CESU replaced the old electric reading meter (Srl. No. ******* ) with a new one (Srl. No. ********)of Surendra kumar Sahoo, consumer number ******** of Lathipadha village, under Subdivision Itamat, Division, Nayagarh.
That, according to the provisions CESU will charge the meter rent of rupees **.** only for a period of five years from the month of replacement.
That, the time period of charging meter rent has already been finished over a period of * year i.e from **.**.****.
That, CESU still charges the meter rent since last ** months inspite of several complaints from our end to correct and revise the bill.
That, after getting negligence and non responsive attitude from CESU regarding their mistake to sort out, I pray before the honourable court to look in to the matter and bring me justice.
