Rentickle - Faulty Cooler Delivered and Refund not processed

A faulty cooler was delivered to me which was rented for period of * months. Rentickle Order no. - *********
The security amount was taken from me before delivering the cooler. I complaint about the defect on the very same day and a ticket was raised for me 'Ticket ID - *****'. It has been ** days and no feedback or refund initiation has been processed. Also, the cooler is still present at my home premise
