Dear sir,
Iam tired of writing mails and receiving my car from service center with the same problem without any rectification.
*.AC blow to second row is nil.Only fan is blowing no chill. Even * times after your service it remains the same. Now you quote it's the vehicle specification. If you could have told during sales by Mr. Iliyas I would have reconsidered. But the another car bought from service is good with AC in second row.
*.Steering noise with mild vibration on left side still persists. Even after your repeated service. Your team admitted that you have changed the whole parts. Why to change in a new vehicle that is not even one month old. Don't you admit that you have given me a faulty vehicle.
*.Severe shake while driving and when driving in patch or small holes.. Your team admitted they have done some decarbonising , why to do such major work in a new vehicle. Kindly admit that you have given me a faulty vehicle.
Iam a doctor and I have lot of Commitments and other issues to concentrate. I can't run behind you everytime and get frustated.
I have invested ** lakhs my hard earned money and you have given me a faulty vehicle and trying to rectify, which is not possible.
Since I have ** years experience in driving I could able to find this. Else, just step in my shoes and think. Will you accept if such a vehicle is delivered to you. Even *** rs worth shirt can be exchanged if any damage. Then what about my ** lakhs vehicle for which I have to pay my EMI for next * years.
I am worried that still what are the issues will arise in mere future and how many times I have to get frustated. My new vehicle remains in service station since ** days without any rectification.
Let's STOP here.
Kindly allot me a new vehicle within three days of this mail.
Else I will lodge my complaint in consumer forum and let my lawyer proceed further.
And definitely I will hold a board in front of PPS TATA pallikaranai daily with my friends expressing my grievance with my car so that let no another customer suffer.
