Important Information: I Bought This Headphone With An Offline Retailer For Office Use, However When The Battery Dries, I Have To Wait For It To Recharge To Use It Again. As Per The Website Information, The Headphone Can Be Used While Charging But The Boat Rockerz *** Black Which I Bought Did Not Support That. I Returned The Item To The Retailer On ** Feb **** With A Complaint. Initiatlly, The Retailer Refused To Take My Complaint. I Pushed So Hard. At-Last They Took My Complaint And I Returned The Product To Them. They Said The Item Will Be Transferred To Boat For Inspection.
After Many Follow Ups, I Received My Headphone Back On **th April ****. When I Checked The Received Headphone, The Device Is Still Not Working As Mentioned In The Boat Website. When I Inquired, They Said This Can't Be Resolved. And Also Said They Are Not Responsible For Defective Products And The Warranty Is With The Manufacturer And Will Not Support With The Complaint Any More. I Do Get The Warranty Is With The Manufacturer But I Bought The Product In The Retailer Shop. And They Did Not Support/Raise Complaints On Behalf Of Me.
Then I Personally, Raised A Complaint To Boat (Ticket Number: ********) On ** April **** . They Sent An Replacement And I Received It On ** April ****. I Tried The Replacement Item, However It Also Did Not Fulfill The Functionality As Claimed In Boat Website. I Sent An Email Regarding The Concern To The Boat Team On ** April ****. But There Was No Response Till Now For The Email.
After This, I Again Raised A Complaint To Boat (Ticket Number: ********) With The Details On ** April **** . I Received The Replacement On *th May ****. This Time Also They Sent A Replacement Which Did Not Fulfill The Claims. In Addition, Left Side Of The Headphone Is Not Working (Only One Side Is Working). Seems Like The More Tickets You Raise The More The Quality Of The Replacement Products Gets Worse.
It's Been Around ** Days From The Date The Initial Complaint Was Raised, But Still Now It Is Not Taken Care. I Tried Reaching Them Via Email And The Whatsapp Chat But There Is No Response. I Regret For The Decision Taken To Buy This Headphone. This Brand Does Not Have Any Honesty And Does Not Even Care To Reply To Their Customers. Worst Customer Service. I Was Not Able To Use The Headphone For All This Along And Also For Disrespecting By Not Responding Me. I Suffered Mentally By Not Able To Attend My Calls Properly With This Worst Product And Also Financially As They Do Not Refund The Money When You Return The Faulty Products.
Note: The Offline Retailer Service Also Did Not Support The Claim And Did Not Have Good Experience With Them Either. The Retailer Says Boat Is Not Supporting Them And Also Denied To Replace The Product.
