Maruti Nexa - Faulty battery not diagnosed on time

Car battery has been giving starting trouble after * months from buying. It was sent to the service centre (twice) and I was told - all okay. Until, I changed the service centre and they found the issue and replaced the battery, but unfortunately it was now out of warranty. Had the team diagnosed the fault correctly on time, the battery would have been replaced under warranty.
