RAP Motors - Faulty Auto

We ordered two electric auto rickshaws from ARD Group's group company RAP Motors to conduct trails before signing the dealership agreement. The Autos were delilvered in Dec **** to our site in Tuticorin TamilNadu. On **th Dec ****, during its maiden run one of the autos developed a technical snag and it had to be towed to our home.
We have been following up with the company since Dec and they have been dilly dallying under one or the other pretext. Even after numerous attempt to get the company fix the auto we gave up and have asked the company to return our money in March ****. However now they have stopped responding.
Also they were exepected to sort the paperwork
The Autos are just lying in a shed .. gathering rust... They have cheated us off Rs *Lac.
