Chetan B Zhaveri filed complaint against Boat on May 20, 2023
On April **, ****, I submitted my faulty Airdopes under warranty to BoAt Authorised Service Station, Santorini Square Satellite Ahmedabad, wherein I was told that a replacement will be done within * to ** days.
No response, ultimately my brother in law Mr.Pavan Tekwani tried several calls. Eventually, received an empty box on April **, ****. On such a situation immediately Mr.Pavan had sent an email along with photos and videos. No response. I was out of India. On my coming back on May *, ****, I contacted Customer Service Station Mr.Sanjay. On his request I forwarded all the details of email, video n photos. I was told that it will take **hrs for the resolution. After several calls no response, ultimately I visited personally but the Executive was absent. After trying with my friends mobile the Executive responded ridiculously. Again requesting for a further **hrs. Recently on ** May, ****, Mr.Sanjay refused and told my wife that we have not immediately informed the company hence cannot help you. There is no co-ordination between the company and its customers service centre.
I have a proof of my brothers email suited out immediately and now the company is ignoring and refusing for my replacement. My Ticket number is ******** and Case id ********. Along with this complaint, I have attached the relevant email id & photos. I can be reached at **********.
