Khosla Electronics - Faulty aircooled supplied but full payment taken

Purchased one air cooler by making full payment with Invoice number K*********/***** date **.*.** but after getting delivery found the product with serial number ABNNLGB**T*SP*K is faulty on **.*.** and complain ************** was raised to Havells and technical came and marked the machine as faulty but since then till date no updated on replacement by Khosla. Need speedy replacement.
