I Had Bought Hitachi Window Ac through Tatacliq.WHich was not giving cooling and making too much noise I had made compliant to Hitachi on inspection they said there was problem with installation n they can not do any thing. When I raised complaint with Tatacliq they said they can not do anything as its been * week n I should get in touch with Jeeves their installation team on raising complaint their representative said the Ac is faulty and they will get it replaced its been * month I am not able to use the Ac nore am I getting refund nore any body is interested in resolving the issue
