Carrier Ac - Faulty air conditioner

I purchased two carrier air conditioner on **th june **** from the dealer overseas aircon incorporate pvt ltd. within seven months after the purchase I got to know that both the ac’s are not cooling and I reported the issue to the company stating that they are faulty.
The company arranged for service and repair and found leakage of gas in the appliances which got refilled.
While getting the ac repaired the first time I clarified from the technician that this issue would not be happening again and he rudely spoke that we are not sure which forced me to think that the device is faulty.
Soon after * month of getting the service done ,I found that one of the ac’s is not cooling again. But by the time I reported it the warranty got expired .
Now I have raised this grievance on consumer portal but they straight away denied to entertain saying that the product is out of warranty and you will have to bear all the repair and service charges.
