I have bought Panasonic AC on **th May ****. Still AC is in warranty and even I have extended the warranty for another * year because of this issue. From day one only I was facing water-leakage and Cooling issue. Multiple times (*) I raised complaint and engineer visited. Still that issue persists. Dates of complaint: **th June ****, **th July ****, **th July ****, **st Sep ****, **st Oct ****, *st April **** (Showing *st May ****). So, many times engineer visited and there is no solution for this issue. So, it means AC is faulty and company cheated me. I need replacement of AC.
*th time also I raised the complaint yet no one came to check even after *-* reminders.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
