IAPL Group (mitsubishi heavy industries india) - Faulty AC not working

having invested INR *,**,*** in buying * high end Mitsubishi heavy industries ac in month of February ****, which has been installed so badly by your preferred Dealer Indian Refrigeration that the gas won’t stay in the pies it leaks every month.
I had already complained through your IAPL app on **th June **** but still i am going door to door to get this rectified and your so called service provider Manger Rastogi ignores your call and cancels my calls saying i am using foul Language. from last * days he has been promising today it will be done
Shahnawaz kasha never hesitated and helping the dealer fool customer to rip their hard earned money, when you can’t deliver why you false promise the customer’s.
I feel so cheated and having to deal with a rubbish product sold by you, I thought you were one of the leaders in providing after sales services but my assumption of you being a good company was totally wrong.
