i purchased a HP NOTEBOOK PC PAVILLION **-EGO***T laptop serial number *CD***J**M.after a month or less the laptop is shutting down in a random manner.i contacted their support and they told me to update bios and firmware everytime at start it worked but it only works for some weeks and again the problem starts.Their support is not able to give me any solution and i took my laptop to the service center and they changed the motherboard and also put a scratch to my laptop.Even then the laptop isn't fixed and it become worse the laptop shutsdown only in *-** minutes.i again contacted their h service head via mail and they said case is created and an engineer will visit and solve the issue.But the engineer visit our house after a month has passed and told me to change the motherboard again.They delivered the part to a near service center after two weeks.Even then the problem isnt solved.Now this whole process take * months of my time.I contacted their support and servicehead that i wanted my moneyback they didn't respond and everytime they said in two days the we will resolve the issue and we raise this issue to higher team.But it never happens.
