I have purchased laptop in kuwait (Lenovo Case Number: ********, SN: MP*D*VX*) with in ** days I got flickering issue, due to Visa issue i have reported immediately . on **th, Mar,** I have visited authorized center, with out checking thoroughly they upgraded softer and handover to me.
Immediately issue reported, since I am residing in India and no service for this product, with great difficulty I sent the unit with one of my friend.
Now I am requesting to replace this Manufacturing defect unit,Mr.Marwa Ahmed not understanding the issue and not responded properly.
He is not agree to provide service in India/Replacement /refund money/extra one year warranty on top of existing .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
