Defective from day hanging, freezing, screen issues).
Thomson ticket MH********T****** closed remotely without technician visit — falsely marked “OK” (unfair trade practice).
Second ticket MH********T****** confirmed defect, replacement approved — not sent timely.

Flipkart denied refund, forced replacement after **+ days delay.
Rejected replacement multiple times ( facebook chat, emails, calls, service centre calls o).

NCH dockets ******* & ******* active.
Walmart Ethics case WMT********** under review.
Legal notice sent ** March **** — no refund.
