Thangamayil Jewellery Nagercoil - Fault in the quality of the thali chain bought

I got married * year back and my * pavun thali chain was bought from Thangamayil Jewellery, Nagercoil in March ****. Within few months of buying the chain has started damaging and exactly by sixth month it got broken. We went for enquiring and they said they didn't give any faulty product and they don't know how it got damaged, later, we bought ** pavun thali from the same shop by offering wastage cost and extra gold. Again, the second thali chain has started damaging in few months and now it's so damaged. Usually a thali chain is supposed to last for minimum ** years, but here it lasts for only six months maximum, they have to refund us or have to provide new thali chain of quality material without getting any extra money from us.
