Cambreeze - Fault in cooler

I purchased a cooler yesterday with motor and pump warranty upto **st dec ****.
The pump of the cooler was not working. I called them and they asked me to fix the pipe in case it has been detached from the hole. When i opened the cooler, i found that there was a problem with the pump. And the shopkeeper is not answering my call.
