I received a message from IDFC Fast-tag stating that my KYC is not complete (after * yrs of using the Fast-tag). I uploaded the requisite documents on the portal post which I received a rejection email. I took it up with the customer service team and have been asked to share multiple documents without any closure. I am forced to take cabs because my Fast-tag has very little balance. I have been following up on this issue for over * month now without any sense of resolution of my problem

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
