icici bank fastag - Fasttag issues

I had visited a toll plaza and noticed that my ICICI fasttag is been hotlisted and there was no notice for me from bank side and I also checked my wallet of ICICI Bank fasttag I had sufficient amount to pass that toll but because of bank negligence i had to wait for an hour in that plaza what is the use of having a fasttag when I have to pay at the plaza and move forward and there was no clear Details given to me from company call centers also and atlast I had to pay double at toll plaza and move forward.
