Paytm payment bank - Fastag not delivered

I ordered Fastag from paytm on ** nov ****. Order showed me it will be delivered by * dec ****. But till now on * dec it is not even dispached from seller. I messaged to customer care of paytm but they showed issue resolved but till now issue is not resolved. From * days i am continuously messaging paytm and calling them. But the call of mine is not even connected to any executive to solve problem. I have to go outstations and due to delay delivery i have to stand in queues at toll plaza. And even i cant cancel this order because it is non cancellable. So i cant buy new fastag also from toll plaza as i already invested in this. Really it is so disappointing. So please help me to cancel it so that i can buy the new one from other modes. Now paytm is doing this disgusting job so what can i think of it in future. So embarrassing for me. My a lot of time wasted due to this.
