ixigo app - Fare amount deducted from bank but train booking failed Company cannot refund the amount till yet

On **.**.**** I initiated to book a train tickit using ixigo apps. Fare got deducted from bank but after payment it shows booking fails.When I check my booking status in the apps it shows booking fails but amount which is deducted must be initiated to refund. But till yet I do not get it back.
