My Fampay account was locked as it needed KYC update. I could not complete the KYC since my PAN was used for my kids account and Fam offers no way to modify or rectify this. I have Rs,***** stuck in the wallet, Fam customer service on June **th told me over the phone to write a refund request from my registered email ID and provide an external UPI ID for the same. I did that, but FAM has been stringing me along since * week, saying they have escalated the matter for further investigation. I don't know what is there to investigate once I have made a formal refund request.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
