I am writing to formally report a critical issue with my account that has prevented me from
logging in for the past ** hours. I currently have a balance of approximately ₹*,***–₹*,*** in
my wallet, which I am unable to access.
Here is the chronological sequence of events regarding the issue:
*. Initial Issue: Two days ago, in the morning, I attempted to make a payment, but it failed.
Assuming it was a temporary glitch, I logged out of the app.
*. First Lockout: When I attempted to log back in, I received an error. After three attempts,
the app locked me out, stating I must wait ** hours.
*. Second Attempt (Today): After waiting the full ** hours, I tried to log in again. The app
successfully verified my mobile number and email address via OTP.
*. Current Error: Despite successful verification, the app displayed an "Unauthorized Login"
error and has now locked me out for another ** hours.
I am now stuck in a loop where I cannot access my funds despite using the correct credentials
and passing OTP verification.
Request for Resolution:
Please look into this technical glitch immediately and restore access to my account. If you are
unable to fix the login issue promptly, I request that you initiate a refund of my remaining
wallet balance to my primary bank account immediately
