i used famypay account a long a time . but after a few month my brother transferred an ammount **** INR . my account is downgraded by fampay and i unable to transact any amount from fampay. after few month my account loged out from my phone and now i not found any otp from fampay. i multiple time sent mail for this issue but fampay not sent any positive response. now i want used legal system for raise my issue.
fampay provide very bad customer support. govt of india should banned this type of service in india .
