I Sathi Sutradhar ,age; ** years W/o Late sri.R.k Sutradhar, Retired District & Sessions Judge would like to bring before your notice that I have been receiving my family pension from PNB, Meherpur branch,Silchar.(ppo no;-NSR/*****,Savings a/c no;- *************) My family pension is stopped without any reason since March ****. I have submitted my Life certificate in twice , but till date the bank didi not remitt my family pension which is my only source of earning.I have submitted a letter to the bank in this regard,the copy of which is attached herewith.
I therefore seek redressal of my grievance .
