Delivery Evasion, False Delivery Attempts, and Lack of Customer Support
Complaint Details
The shipment associated with Tracking ID GW****************LW has been repeatedly marked as undelivered with the status: "Customer not available."
This status is incorrect. The recipient was available at the delivery address, but no delivery attempt was made and no call was received from the delivery executive before marking the shipment as undeliverable.
The tracking updates provided a contact number for the assigned delivery agent; however, repeated attempts to reach the agent were unsuccessful as calls were not answered.
This is an international shipment from an overseas merchant. Similar issues have occurred multiple times with the same shipment process. Previous delivery attempts resulted in a Return to Origin (RTO) after repeated "delivery failed" updates despite no successful communication from the delivery partner. The package was subsequently re-shipped by the seller through a different logistics route, but the same issue has occurred again at the final-mile delivery stage.
In addition, there appears to be no effective customer support channel available to resolve the issue. Attempts to contact the company's published customer service numbers have not resulted in any assistance, leaving the recipient unable to prevent another potential RTO.

Verification of the actual delivery attempts made by the local delivery team.
