SF Sonic - False warranty on product

I have purchased dry cell battery and invertor from a local shop Chandra electronics in Darbhanga. The warranty provided on battery was * year but after * year and * month battery got damaged..So I have raised this issue to shopkeeper initially he refused but later after more request he collected the faulty battery from my home and assured me that in *-* days he will despatch alternative battery .....but after *-* days he started avoiding my call....I visited his shop then he arranged other battery and again gave assurance that battery will be exchanged in *-* days * month has been passed but still I didn't got the replaced battery.......The shopkeeper name and address are as follows
