Fraud promises were made. Fake travel packages were sold to us by * sales agents, both of them left the company and the company denies to fulfill any of the promises made by their sales agents. Both the agents do not pick up calls. A lot of mental harassment by the company. Fake promises and fraud people.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
