Lal path lab ambala near Jindal hospital - False test report

I booked a test for my * years old baby and got to know that the reports are false. Doctor suggested me for the test CRP of my baby I which the level come is *** which is very high and after showing the reports to doctor she suggested for re test as by observing my child she found that reports are not correct and after the re test the level come is **.
The huge difference is found in that who is responsible in that case?
I want a file a case against them as they played with my baby's future
