Spectra broadband - False Services

I was cheated by the Spectra Broadband Group. I am availing their services from last * year and had upgraded my plan from ** MBPS to *** MBPS in Dec'**.. Recently I complained about the slow speed ( on previous occasions as well) to my surprise, my plan was never upgraded to *** MBPS as per technical engineer confirmation (sterlite group).. Engineer from sterlite group on behalf of spectra confirmed me on call conference with spectra customer service that they never received any email confirmation for plan upgradation. Now the spectra team is not accepting this.. Feels like been cheated from last * months.
