Milkbasket customer care number - False representation by Milkbasket

I have be liaising with Milk Basket with regards to delay, orders not delivered & small cart charges. I had added my order for a month for * nos. */* lts milk to be delivered. All of a sudden I was being charged Rs.** additional for small basket charges. I spoke to customer support with this regards, to which is was not satisfied. I was later transferred to supervisorial team, who couldn't provide me any solution. I requested them to escalate the same to their Manager. I receive a call from Harsh *-* times who portrayed himself as manager. He wasn't convincing enough. Today i receive a call from Joshua who portrayed him self as a manager. When enquired about Harsh he said he was just a supervisor. Looks like the whole Milk Basket Customer Care is falsifying details to customer.
