Suzuki motorcycle - False report and failure

Suzuki Gixxer is one of the premium motorcycle of their company in Indian * wheeler market and what they are offering on the name of premiumness is , false reports , fake checks, lying to the customer, deficiency of parts, delayed in service, & low quality work.
I made a complaint * month ago that my bike's. Abs (automatic breaking system) is not functioning properly, kindly give it a check ✔️, and please do all essential diagnosis whichever is required.
They gave me a false report that your bike is good to go we 've done everything perfect, bike was delivered after * days.

* weeks ago " I met with an accident due to the same abs failure issue I mentioned that day, and got crashed into a Nissan Suv from behind. Suv driver ran away as he stopped the suv in the middle of highway to take a u turn , accident happened * km south from palwal on mathura highway. Bike's abs were not performing even **% of their breaking and we crashed. We were badly injured and somehow are alive today.

I somehow managed to reach a local mechanic to atleast make it moveable, its been (* days) now since I ve given my Bike in the service center, I ve earned noth but gained a lot of loss in my buisness, and still the company is not doing their job , they asked me that it will be very costly repair, you wil have to pay, ( if the company would have done its job properly, was i supposed to face any deadly accident ? ). I need to file a strict complaint against this matter , a huge buisness loss, and ***** rs repairs , bike still not delivered to me.
This is not fair .
