Beautify yorself - False Promises

Hi all, I tried reaching the so called affordable store "Beautify yourself" for so many weeks and as you all know there not a single response from their side. Then I posted a query on Voxya a month back and I got a immediate response from beautify yourself giving fake promises like "It will be delivered within **th September as there has been issues with the shipment of our inventory which as per the shipper will be resolved asap. Sincere apologies for making you wait this long. We would like to offer you a **% discount on any future orders". What a bluff.

The reason why I'm posting this again, I wanna know If they are really a small business owner. Because I don't want to throw legal complaints and allegations if they really lost my order. So this will be the last attempt before I take another step.

PS: The amount I have lost to them may be small but all that matters is the effort we are taking to stop this kind of scams before it hurts another small business owner or individual. So, if you are reading this kindly make sure you too stand up for your own good.
