Country Holiday Inn Suites Pvt Ltd - False promises misleading offers Not providing me refund

I got a call that we are providing a gifts to all persons who are hundai car. This is just a promotional event and we are nothing selling anything. The event they organised at Vivanta Taj at Dawarka on *st April ****. But when we reached their they start promoting their products i.e hotel packages. They promised me lots of benefits and free packages and they also said it will be be interest free emi that would be deducted every. But it is not intrest free and the amount is converted into easy emi in my credit card. They had also told me that it can be refunded if you don't like our services or anytime you want to withdraw it. But after payment they changed everything. They told me than its non refundable. They offered me ***** flight ticket coupon, later it was also made conditional. All their commitment was false. They are sitting their to snach innocent people hardcore money .Now when asked that refund my money as i don't want to use it. They start threatning me.. Even i visited their HO , they the regional manager behaved very badly.
Persons who i spoke at Vivanta was Mrs Naz, Mr Rohit, and Mr Mohit Saini.
