Student - False Promises made by Colive

I was made to make a booking for Room No. *** in Colive *** Primus stating that if in the future I wished to withdraw the booking, the amount will be refunded back. With this assurance I made the booking.
But when the details were updated it was for the wrong room and I informed the agent regarding this and he said that he will do the needful, but to no avail.
Later due to lockdown I was unable to move in and asked the agent, who assured that it was not an issue.
After a few days when enquired about the room, he said that the room has already been taken by a lady and she is already living there. I said that I have been cheated and that I want the booking amount back. But I was told that it is not refundable anymore. This was completely contradictory to what he had told me earlier.

There were many wrong informations passed down to me regarding the booking and stuffs.
He said that he will provide another property (colive *** Riga) and on just seeing the video I agreed as I had no other alternative. He asked me to move in during lockdown, and I agreed because he said that they will provide the transportation facility.

But now when I am ready for shifting, I am told that they will provide a nano only for shifting us and a few bags.

What about the rest of the luggages and stuffs?
I have been cheated by the agent at various occasion in this period. I am stuck with no solutions at this moment.

I request you to please get the booking amount refunded, as I have not been given the room I opted for and for providing me temporary accomodation stating that I will be shifted to the desired location within a month. For all these I have maintained phone records if it's needed for verification.
