Deepak Singh Marketing - False Promises and Fraud Activities

Based on which I decided to join for practical training and internship programme where they promised that they will create an environment where we as a student will able to see live projects being worked by Deepak Singh Marketing Team, we will be able to work on live projects on their clients and likewise we will be trained on digital marketing industry.

They promised for hands on practice on projects, also promised to that they will teach client acquisition techniques, how to do a business audit, google ads, how to scale a campaign live, building relationship with clients, and many more things within * months and it was told that Deepak Singh will take classes regularly

This training will be conducted for * months for * hours a day, daily from ** am to * pm

For this I have paid INR **,*** in cash on **th January **** Monday at Equitas Small Finance Bank

Now problem is, initially they used to take regular training for upto * hours, but then after within ** days they were taking * hours and * hour of classes for every alternate days (It was told training will be conducted on daily basis)

If we raise a complaint against them, they used to completely misbehave us and threaten us by removing us from the online training program.

This is completely unprofessional attitude of them which can't be tolerated. Even if we raise small queries they used to show anger and belittle us in front of the entire class.

I raised Consumer Forum complaint back on **th of March, and Consumer forum has sent email to them, but they haven't replied to my complaint.

I have even asked for Refund, but they aren't replying to my complaint.
