Unacadmey - False promises

Dear sir/madam

I want you to know about the problem what i faced from unacadmey online coaching.

As I am grade **th student, preparing for IIT JEE, i was searching for best academy so i consult unacadmey team, so i got an return call for admission and we asked information about Cochin and he told that there will be English classes and Hindi classes just we have to select it and he told if you don't like them you can apply for refund policy.

So After that parent enrole it and then i saw classes there where no pure English classes it was hindi and notes are just in English, i was really disappointed with this and call the agent who told he told ok I talk to support team.

So again we call for * days he not received after that he received and told there is hindi classes only then parents told you told there is English too he told no then my father got angry and told i have the recording of your call do you want that i fir the case then he told no sir once check in Hindi the explanation is good, but what is the profit of Hindi classes as I studies in south how could I study in Hindi.

Please take the required action in this by two option : *. Provide English classes
*. Refund the money

It is the humble request to take the action soon because it is summer vacation time for preparation of competition exam, so i don't want to waste my year by getting confusing in this case.

I already sent the email regarding this to support team continuously for * days but no single response or reply from there team.

So take the action soon.
