I had baught a company registration plan for llp i got a call from registerkaro team he convinced me to convert it to pvt ltd i mentioned i dont want any more liabilty or more payments, but then he made me pay **** i clearly asked is there any other payments i required to pay after this he said no but then after paying, i got call a asked me to pay more ***** for compliant for auditing, he did not mention this earlier and hide the fact there was more charge to pay.
