I booked one blue color gown through triviyaa.com on **th may ****, after a week I got a parcel through currier and surprisingly I received green color low quality saree, I immediately make a call to triviyaa customer care and they spoke with me very unprofessionally and uncourteous way and simply reject to listen my issue and clearly ignored to return my money.
Please beware of triviyaa online shop and do not place any order as they are not genuine and authentic, they simply take your money and nothing else.
