My name is Gautam. On OnePlus site and OnePlus store application they are showing an offer in which if we put our OnePlus tv serial number on their application then i will get a invitation code via that invitation code i will get a Netflix button added tv remote free of cost but whenever I am trying to order that remote then its show out of stock. But when I contact to customer care then they told me that they raise a order of remote for me and for that remote cost ****. And then I told them about invitation code they said that the tie up with Netflix is now ended and the free remote is only available with ** inches Q* series LED but on there oneplus site this information is not mentioned. Now they denied to deliver my free remote.
