I ordered X* smart watch from the site on **/**/****. I received the item on **/**/****. But when I opened the item There was a watch which was used and also battery was not there. I mailed so many times but I didn't get any response about my complaint. I purchased it for worth Rs ****. What should I do now ... How will I get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
