The company falsely advertised the extent of customization available, leading customers to believe they would have the freedom to create a unique and personalized website. In reality, the only customization options available were limited to changing the color of the web font and shifting the title and home image to predetermined positions. These minimal options not only fell far short of what was promised but also failed to meet the basic requirements for building a functional and visually appealing ecommerce website.
Moreover, the company imposed excessive costs on customers who desired additional customization features or wished to make substantial changes to their websites. To access these options, customers were required to purchase expensive packages, starting at a minimum price of **,*** This tactic created a situation where customers felt compelled to spend large sums of money to achieve even the most basic customizations, effectively limiting their freedom of choice and trapping them within the company's system
False advertising and the imposition of unreasonable costs are not only unethical but also unjustly restrict the rights and choices of consumers.
Also they don't have a refund policy even though i contacted them just after * day of puchase ,i also connected with their seniors for the refund but they refused.
