LONDON PRIDE COSMETICS - False information is filed by shiprocket always

We have hired the shiprocket to get an online courier service.
Multiple no of times the courier never gets picked by their unprofessional pick up guys on time and the pick is always delayed by multiple no of days. Most of the time they dont pick up the stuff and submit the false information that the product was not ready of dispatch or the shipper was not available and today this incident happened again in front of me that the delivery boy called me up and said that i am not coming to pickup the stuff and at the same time he lodged the reason that the shipper is not available. I called him up and asked him that why he has given the wrong information and he was laughing. This is really very pathetic. We are loosing our premuim customers due to the bad courier service, losing our money and time. We do not find any platform to make their complaint because we called the customer care multiple times but they were clueless and helpless to help us in this matter.
